The Spice in Spicehunter stands for spices, herbs, flowers, leaves, micro plants, roots, cress and other parts of plants - all the herbal active ingredients from nature that have been the basis of people's diet and the basis of their nutrition for centuries health are. Spicehunter Marcel Thiele: I'm a vegetarian and discovering the vegan world, but in terms of my cultural respect during my travels and also in the case of staying healthy, I don't completely rule out animal food. It is always related to where I am, what my body needs to survive and what nature offers me. In short, I avoid fish and meat wherever possible, I avoid industrially manufactured products, I love mature lactose-free cheese and I get weak when I eat lovingly prepared yet simple biscuits. I have banned refined and fluoridated salt from my kitchen, as well as refined oils. I bake bread and rolls fresh every day - I can recommend that to everyone.
